Life Update: Baby #2, New House, & Summer Travel

So here's the scoop...

Baby #2:

I cannot believe it!! I mean I totally can because obviously this was somewhat planned but I seriously cannot believe I will be a mother of 2.. and not just 2, but 2 UNDER 2!!!! There are SO many things I want to discuss dealing with baby #2. My goal is to try my best and document everything this time around which should be fun to look back on in the future. I can't wait to share this journey with you all and thus far its been a hell of a pregnancy (FYI: Just because you didn't have a symptom with one pregnancy doesn't mean you're out of the clear for the next one). Anyways, lots of blog posts and content coming your way.. look out for our gender reveal that I will be posting soon on my Instagram. YAY for baby #2!!!

New House Update:

We have officially been given a final move in date by our builders. Not many people know this but we have been in this process of building a new home since February 2022. Finally we have a closing date: June 17th 2023. Although our home will be completed next month, realistically we probably will not move in until mid-July. Why? because we are installing custom flooring, custom tile in the bathrooms, a custom fireplace, and a few other little projects that need to be completed before move in. I will also be sharing the behind the scenes of that process as well on my Instagram. YAY we can't wait for neighborhood-living and more space.

Summer Travel:

As most of you know, Kent and I got married at the beginning of this year in January. Of course we wanted to do the traditional Honeymoon thing, but when you have kids its extremely difficult to pull that off. As a couple we decided to wait it out until this September to hit the Amalfi Coast: cue baby #2. Since I am due in November, Europe is just not in our cards this year. Unfortunately our honeymoon will have to be postponed once again (maybe 2024). Kent and I are totally okay with this though because obviously with the new house ready to close this summer we would prefer to move in and get the house all ready for our family... so it worked out. Aside from maybe a lake house trip this summer, we will be canceling all summer travel. BABYMOON FALL?? YES.
